A parrot never keeps quiet around strangers. Debbie found a lost bird last year. At first, she wasn't sure how to find the owner. Then the parrot started talking. First it was saying, "kiss" and "good". Soon the bird started saying "Annie!: loudly. Debbie called the police and found out that Annie lost her bird. Soon, the lost bird was returned to Annie. "Once the parrot started talking, he wouldn't stop!" said Debbie.
